Kaya ba ang ₱15k/Month Condo Rent sa ₱43k Net Income? Need Advice

Renter Tips

Hi guys,

Asking for advice lang if kaya ba ang ₱15k/month condo rent (excluding water, WiFi, and electricity) given my ₱43k net monthly income?

Unit details:

  • 3rd floor, wall-to-wall window
  • 20 sqm studio
  • Comes with: bed, smart TV, inverter AC, personal ref, water heater (bathroom), induction cooktop with range hood, closet
  • Assoc dues included
  • Amenities: pool only; need to walk 5 mins to an outside gym (gym rat here)
  • Laundry shop sa 1st floor
  • WFH ako since I started working

I'm unsure if this is worth it long-term and if practical ba siya for my income.

What do you guys think? Open ako to criticisms and suggestions. I’d really appreciate your thoughts. Thanks!
