Got 7.4 cg in 1st sem 💔

I am in circuital branch.Hm so 1st sem to brbad kr hi diya like maine pdhai hi nhi kri bs paper se 1-2 din phle pdha bat khtm or main serious bhi nhi tha. Ab result aane k bad smjh aaya ki maine to semester fuck kr diya.Now , I wanna know what should I do in order to get 9.6 cg in sem 2 so that meri overall 8.5 bn jaye also I want to go in tech companies like microsoft,google and all (janta hu jyada ho rha hai but still) .So what should I do now to get above things 🙏? Any advice would be appreciated.
