How to play Huron?

Decided to throw a little at the Waves of the North random bundles and got Huron on just the second spin, now how the heck do I play her? She has no smoke and looking at her stats they all seem average/meh to other tier 7 destroyers. The commander looks good but as I don’t have Haida or Vampire (big sad) nothing else to use him on. Tips appreciated but from a glance she seems….terrible.
