Finding an entry-level position in tech feels like hunting unicorns. Any advice?

Dear Women in Tech.
I’m reaching out because I feel a bit lost and would appreciate your wisdom. So I am in my third year of the full-time Bsc Computing degree, and I am working in two shops as part-time jobs (32 hours). In previous years, I sent multiple CVs (hundreds) on entry- junior positions with a result of two interviews; obviously, I was not successful at either of them, and I am really afraid that after my graduation, I will not be able to enter the technology industry.
If anyone has been in a similar situation:

  • How did you get your first tech job?
  • What would you recommend for someone with no commercial experience?
  • Are there specific entry paths, schemes, or companies in the UK that are more open to career changers/students or maybe Master's?
  • Is it worth doing Master's degree without any experience?
  • Any advice on balancing work, studies, and job hunting without burning out?

P.S. I’m Polish, based in the United Kingdom.
