I've been roleplaying on-and-off for over a decade. My preferred writing style is first person perspective. The types of roleplay scenarios I gravitate towards are longterm that balance story, character, & romance with sex. My average reply length is 1 to 2 paragraphs but can be more. I always try to be at least semi-literate and be as descriptive in my replies as reasonably possible. While I use Reddit to discuss rules and details with potential partners, I do prefer moving to Discord with those I connect with.
