Has it become fashionable to "hate" manga?

I see people on the internet commenting on Manga's One Punch Man in a negative way and making mocking jokes.

I'm concerned about the various Redraws that the Manga has had, I know it's annoying, but is it "just" that? And are the changes that Manga brought really bad or inferior compared to Web-Comics?
