Spider Man Miles Morales

Im having a weird issue with Spider Man Miles Morales on my Z1E where the game boots up but stays on the loading screen and stops before the opening menu screen. The game was working fine earlier today, but now is doing this. I haven’t changed any settings. I’ve restarted the game/system a few times with no luck. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Has anyone had this happen before?
