Is it worth it to build xeno?

I'm thinking about for my cb team. Right now I'm trying to get a consistent 1 key for nm. I sometimes end up 2-3m behind 1 key and I can consistently 3 key unm. My team is Leo lead with Artor, Mikey, Padraig, and Urogrim. Urogrim being my current prisoner also contributes heals and a debuff cleanse and an extra buff for Leo to hit harder. Is it possible Xenomorph can bump up my damage the little bit I need being a better poisoner? I still need to finish books for Mikey and Padraig isn't booked at all so I'm not sure if I should focus on
