Did you have same experience with Nexplanon before and after giving birth?

Years ago I had a Nexplanon arm implant and ultimately ended up switching to a combo pill after ongoing years of bleeding most of the time while having the implant. I just had a baby and am wondering if trying the implant again after pregnancy would likely present the same bleeding issue, or if there’s a good enough chance that I may not have the same issue if deciding to try it again. Has anyone had a similar experience that that can shed more light on your own outcome? I’m aware that everyone is different and I obviously wouldn’t know the outcome for myself until deciding to try the implant again, but if you tell me that it was the exact same (bleeding wise) on the second go that would still greatly help with my decision process!
