where to find employee id - seasonal driver

I received a text saying to "complete ASAP" and its a form asking my information and Employee ID. Additionally, I received an HR email about registration. Again, needing my ID to create a pin.

I went in today for "orientation" which was basically just signing papers. Since I received no employee ID, do I just wait for my first day to receive an employee ID and then finish registration/the form? My first day is TBD. Sorry if this is a simple situation but I just do not want to mess this up and lose the job. I am assuming I wait but maybe I missed something?
