Please help me find the Black Skull with Kilian Black Phantom

Begging for help trying to find the Kilian Black Phantom fragrance WITH the skull. My 17 year old son is a fragrance diva and he loves the Kilian Apple Brandy I brought him back as a souvenir from a recent trip to Paris. As far as fragrance goes- He loves the whole package- the gorg bottles that match the feel of the scent that he can admire on his shelf are part of the fun for him. After browsing through posts today I got my mind stuck on trying to find the Kilian Black Phantom for him for Christmas - but it seems like that epic black skull container is discontinued or sold out everywhere. Can anyone advise? Where can I find this scent, along with the black skull case ?? What am I missing? Was the case released separately?
