I'm looking to relet my ensuite room at Urbanest Tower Bridge (EC3N 1JJ) due to personal reasons. It’s an official relet, so you’ll be signing directly with Urbanest (full lease required; rent can be paid in instalments). Posting here in case anyone is searching for something convenient and reliable in Zone 1.

🏠 Room Details

-9th floor ensuite, great natural light with a full-height window

-120×190cm large bed, big wardrobe, full-length mirror

-Private bathroom

-Fast WiFi

-Kitchen shared with only one other ensuite (rare and very convenient)

-Shared area is spacious — big sofa, bright space, suitable for studying as well

📍 Location

Honestly one of the most convenient spots I've lived in in London:

-2 min to Tower Hill station

-5 min to Aldgate

-10–20 min commute to UCL / LSE / KCL via tube or bus

-Starbucks & Coop downstairs, Tesco nearby

-Plenty of restaurants & several gyms within walking distance

🏢 Building Amenities

-24/7 reception and security (super helpful, especially for parcels)

-Study rooms

-Cinema room

-Laundry room

-Bike storage

-Garden Courtyard perfectly for taking a break

-Urbanest management is generally responsive and the building is well maintained.

📅 Rent & Availability

-Earliest move-in: 1 January 2026 (flexible)

-Contract until 31 August 2026

-£428/week, all bills included (official rate)

Full-time students only

📬 If interested

Happy to arrange a viewing.
Feel free to DM me with any questions or if you'd like more photos of the room!
