What should i do

Ive been on accutane for 5 months almost done, 60 mg 2 30 mg pills a day, i dont know what to use I’m tweaking out, ive tried ever moisturizer, Lrp, vani cream, aveeno, cera ve, I’ve tried baumes as well, my skin is damaged for the most part lots of redness, i flare up easily as for pimples i have none just a-lot of redness, and its getting cold so i don’t exactly wanna raw dog accutane, ive been using the Lrp toleriene double repair was working but i have to use such a small amount and it still makes my skin burn a bit, i just ordered the triple repair hope that works,
