please help me find this japanese song

hi, some time ago i saw an mv on YT and now can't find it, please help

things i remember are:
- the song itself is bright and sounds hopeful
- the singer is male, if i remember correctly he also composed the song
- the mv is fully animated in a cartoonish/chibi style and is very blue (literally), there are 2 human characters in it, probably girls
