It's sort of happening? Please help..

Hello!! Yesterday i posted about my stomach feeling off. I proceeded to not eat anything for over 26 hours.. (I know, stupid.) I woke up tonight extremely nauseous, at first i couldn't even stand up. Then, i got an overwhelming rush that I needed to throw up. I only dry heaved three times, i managed it okay, but im frightened it'll happen again, or worse, I'll throw up with it. I have a glass of water by me but im scared to even drink it. Please help. Im having such a difficult time
