Party Help (HD)

(Sorry for formatting, on mobile) So, I'm playing through EOII HD, and I'm on the fifth floor. I have a party set already:

Ronin/Protector/War Magus Hexer/Gunner

My party is likely overlevelled (16) from grinding for Ental, but I'd like some guidance in how to do their SP.

For now, they have: R: Zamba, Koteuchi, Raizuki, Kubiuchi, Hyosetsu, and Sayageki all at lv 1 P: Front Guard lv2, elemental walls lv1, HP Regen and Refresh lv3 WM: Cure lv2, Warmight and Rockskin lv 1, Blindcut and Venomcut lv 1, Regenall lv 2 H: Sapping, Frailty, Poison, Cranial, Immobile, and Betrayal lv1, Blinding and Suicide lv 2, and Evil Eye lv 4 G: Fireshot, Voltshot, Bindshots, Riskshot, Wildshot, and Haltshot lv1, Iceshot lv 2.

What particular skills should I be focusing on?
