Langara College Admissions

Hi I know that Langara gives out offers first come first serve (or at least that’s what I’ve been told). I applied for the eng certificate transfer program on October 5 but it still says “application complete” is that normal? All of my friends who applied for Langara have already been accepted a while ago and I’m worried bc this is my backup 😭
