Choose government screen big

Since last update i can't select a givernment. The entire screen kinda just shafows out and I can't select anything. I can scroll the map, but can't continue anything else on the game. Preasing esc brings up the menus but I can't select any of the options.

Anyone else encounter this ? Kinda annoying since it makes the game unplayable.
