I got scammed in Instagram. How do I get my money back?

Two day ago I made a purchase. I bought a kurthi set for Rs2400 from a Instagram page called women's corner. I usually do online shopping, so mostly pay upfront but still they gave me excuse that they needed purchase details to forward the delivery. Stupid me, believed it and paid.Till yesterday they were responding and their page were working now all of a sudden it stopped working. I have their Qr code, it turned out to be esewa. So what should I do, I found their Snap and Whatsapp but they don't pick up.What should I do??
