Importing recordings from microSD card to Home Base 3

I recently have bought a Home Base 3 to connect my S350 camera to it.

Since I was using a microSD card for recordings, I started to download the events but it's so time consuming and also not everything from the continuous recordings are in the events.

Then I tried to record while playing back, but it interrupts (every few seconds or minutes) and only the last recording, if I stop it in time, is saved. When I increase the speed the quality drops and I think at x16 speed there is only 1-2 frames/s, sound disappears. Such an awful solution...

So I was thinking to connect the camera to the Home Base and then somehow to import the recordings from the microSD card, or at least to be able to not loose the microSD recordings so when I have more free time to record/download it.

Or to remove and keep the microSD till I have the time to deal with, but I'm afraid that once the camera will be paired with the Home Base, it might not recognize the microSD card afterward (I don't know how their encryption works).

Of course it would be amazing to have the option to unencrypt the footage while inserted into a Linux system but from what I've read around this isn't an option.

So is there anybody with a similar issue that maybe figured out how to do and could give me a good advice?
