Should i consider it ghosting?

I am currently dating a guy for 3 weeks. We communicate everyday but it’s mostly god morning and hows your day messages. We had 3 good dates. 1 per week. He hasnt responded today which s unusual for me. Shall i consider this ghosting or should i wait for 3-7days?
