How to sabotage ICE without getting caught?

Im looking for advice for how to do things like slash ICE vehicle tires and other things along those lines without getting caught? Im a very athletic person and confident in my ability to outrun these pigs. Also don't have much to lose. Obviously wearing a mask is key. But what are some other steps to take to avoid being caught sabotaging ICE within the current surveillance state?
