Bluetooth keeps cutting out on my 15 Pro Max even after Apple replaced the whole phone. Anyone else?

Hey everyone. I wanted to see if anyone here is having similar Bluetooth issues on the 15 Pro Max.

My Bluetooth audio cuts in and out constantly. It happens with music, YouTube, TikTok, and even local videos saved on the phone. It crackles, drops for a second, comes back, and repeats. On phone calls, the connection sometimes drops completely.

So far I’ve tried:

• multiple Bluetooth headphones and speakers

• forgetting and re-pairing all devices

• network settings reset

• fresh setup after hardware repairs

Apple replaced my logic board, and when that didn’t fix it, they replaced my entire phone. I’m now on a completely new 15 Pro Max running iOS 26.1, and the issue still happens across all Bluetooth devices.

At this point I’m starting to wonder if it is software related. Has anyone else on a 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max seen the same thing on iOS 26.1?

Would love to know if this is widespread or if I’m just unlucky.
