Video flatlined after bad first 24 hours. Is there a chance to recover it?

Hi! I am a relatively small YouTuber, with about 581 subscribers. I recently posted a video, which the thumbnail wasn't too great on leading to a 3% CTR. It got around 11K impressions very fast, but then almost stopped. I then updated the thumbnail, leading to about 8%-10% CTR but it didn't seem to lead to another round of impressions. The video went to 500 views really fast, and now it's at 651.

My last video got 5.5K, then before that 3.2K, and the one before that 1.2K. Should I be worried that this one won't get pushed out again? As of now, the ratio of people watched/subscribed is very high (at about 1:20), and the ratio of comments to views is also about that number. Does the video still have a chance?
