Random username popping up on usercache.json in minecraft appdata and UUID leads to nothing on namemc.

I was looking around on the minecraft appdata files when I saw random name that I have never associated with in usercache.json like: ArmandoFuentes, ahmeddavar, and dreamerdarkflad. They all had a UUID and an expiresOn date. Does anyone know the reason behind this?
