No power

I have an aqua living pp41. Was following the guide to convert it to 240. The 6 gauge direct bury wire was too frustrating to work with and it was getting dark so i put it all back the way I started. Connected the 120 back, put the dp switches back and connected the jumper. No power. Am I missing something?
