Annie Guard Missions

I recently hit prestige 3, then grinded to A grade and bought an attack serum to do annie guard because supposedly it’s faster than outskirts TS. Right now i’m averaging 2:20 per guard and 1:30-2:00 for outskirts TS. I currently can’t one shot titans with my regular punch with hardening enabled, how can I improve my damage?
