Is there any real reason to use the M95 or the Seb. 1906?

The 1906 is one of the worst medic guns (even the Sniper variant sucks), and the M95 is outclassed in almost every aspect by the Ross. Why would you use the 1906 or the M95 over the Autoloading, Mondragon, 1916, Ross or SMLE?
