Anyone here also have dyscalcula?

I need to take this exam for a pathologist assistant program. I have dyscalcula and basically all of the practice math problems look like absolute gibberish to me and I can’t even begin to solve them? I know I won’t need 99% of these concepts after this exam and it’s just frustrating. anyone else here have dyscalcula? tipsfor studying with it
