CCAF

Hello, I have obtained the required credits to get my CCAF on June 10th 2025 and have emailed my education office and 1sgt, they keep giving me the run around saying its the others responsibility. At this point I don’t care about any ceremony I just want my degree already. My question is, how do I get my CCAF? Who do I speak to? How long does this usually take? Any information would be appreciated, thank you.
