Reta + Ghk-cu dosage

I’m coming off 12 weeks of tirz and wanted to wait a couple weeks before I started reta and gel. So far i’ve lost 50 pounds from tirz alone. My dosage was 2.5mg first 4 weeks, then 4mg next 4, and 7mg final 4. I was wondering how should I dose my reta when coming off tirz and how should I dose ghkcu?
