Looks like Newfold Digital is planning to acquire a few more web hosts

Newfold Digital has secured $100 million investment from its financial sponsors and lenders to accelerate growth.

The company said in a press release:

The transaction includes a commitment of $100 million in new financing earmarked to fund operations and advance key growth initiatives.

Does it mean they are planning another acquisition spree? Probably so, since this has been the main growth strategy of Newfold Digital.
