Has anyone had crazy unexplainable experiences of passed loved ones that REALLY challenged your reality?

My dad passed away 3 months ago very unexpectedly. The first and second week of his death, A LOT of weird things kept happening to me and only me. I’m talking like premonition dreams with him that actually came true a week or two later. Physical stuff too like an eerily coincidental item appearing out of thin air and feeling him physically sit on my bed. I’m really curious to hear stories that yall have! Ig in some ways to feel some validation, but I’ve been searching for days now just out of interest in all things paranormal
