Not seeing station names in ATS Mini SI4732 v4 display

I just received my ATS Mini Si4732 v4 with the snazzy metal case. It's working well with the supplied telescoping antenna; the donut antenna seems pretty useless.

I synced the clock via WiFi, and the current time displays correctly. I also downloaded the EiBi schedules. But I don't see any station names. For instance, I can hear WWV on 10 MHz, and I see the station in the online version of the schedule, but the name doesn't appear in the display. Also, in "Seek" mode, after a short-press on the encoder, I don't see any station names.

The firmware is v2.33.
