Interesting RN Gigs?

Was wondering if there’s any interesting jobs that I can take on as an RN? Learned about being a nurse in Antarctica for a polar research station – and, woah! That sounds so awesome! Anything else that’s interesting? Specifically that’ll take me to off the beaten path places?
