LOCATION: Oklahoma City Am I entitled to financial compensation for my landlord not providing heat for the first three months of lease?

Advice needed

Hello. In December of ‘24, My landlord moved me into a property that had no heating. They did not fix the issue until February. I am not renewing my lease this December for many reasons. Now, they are charging me the month-to-month rate (almost $600 more than the initial rent) because I didn’t put in my notice to vacate before the 60 day mark. however, didnt they technically break the lease when they didn’t provide sufficient basic needs such as heating in the winter? I do not wish to pay this month’s rent because of that. I feel that it is unjust. Should I take them to court?
