Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

decklist: https://archidekt.com/decks/18051259/dont_make_me_angry

Hey everyone! [[Bruce Banner]] was spoiled in today's WeeklyMTG stream for the upcoming Marvel Superheroes set. I love gruul beaters so as soon I saw this I knew I had to build it.

This deck doesn't use blue at all. I'll take a stab at a version of this deck that does use blue at a later date.

This deck aims to use a lot of lure effects combined with giving Hulk indestructible to get as many extra combats as your opponents have creatures. It also has some fight cards to trigger extra combats (namely [[Gimli's Reckless Might]] and [[Ulvenwald Tracker]]).

The ramp is pretty standard, and the lands are pretty standard (in my opinion). 2 lands that synergize well with Hulk are [[Desert]] and [[Balduvian Trading Post]]. Each of these cards will trigger Hulk's enrage to get an extra combat.

I have a decent amount of haste enablers because I feel it's important to get swinging asap to dish out some big damage, potentially even lethal.

For draw effects, I use a lot of [[Colossal Majesty]] effects as well as a lot of [[Toski]] effects.

[[Pyrohemia]] is gonna go extremely hard in this deck.

Let me know your thoughts on the deck! Took a good amount of inspiration from [[Anzrag, the Quake-Mole]].
