Just another rant.. sorry

It just blows my mind how unpredictable this disease is. You figure out a routine for yourself, you get somewhat settled with that routine then bam! Symptoms change! Your body reacts differently again.

There's no predictably, no rhyme, no reason. It's so frustrating
