Car Lease Swap

Hi all, I need advice, I’ve got a Tesla Model 3 on a lease, only 4 months in but the car is no longer suitable for me. Our family is (unexpectedly) growing and the car is just simply too small I can just about fit 1 pram in let alone 2. I spoke to the leasing company about this and they want me to pay (9k) early termination fee. Any idea what I can do. I want a bigger car (SUV) however the lease company said I have no option but to pay that 9K.
