Negotiate Less hours at Work When FI’ed

Anyone have a story and willing to share about reducing your work hours (and maybe pay?) after hitting your retirement number but still willing to work?

For me, I wouldn’t mind working my current job at reduced pay and hours. 10-20 hours/week would be the sweet spot.
