5% minox taken orally. Not everybody can source the minox pills

I just wanna know if i drink the topical solution will it be the same as the pill ? I m not concerned about the dosage of the topical one , i just wanna know if for example i manage to dose exactly 2.5mg minox from the 5% will it have the same route as the pill? Or do you need the pill form the pill filler and the coating to somehow protect the minoxidil not being absorbed trough your mouth or esophagus. Does anybody know this ? Will the 2.5mg solution that i make by dropping 5% into a little bit of water have the same route and pharmacokinetics as the pill one ? Or it will have a different one. P.s not concerned about the dosage and the other things that the topical may contain, i want to know about only the pharmacokinetics
