40W Epilog Mini Longer job lines & paths randomly start and stop? Seems to be fixed if I cut smaller bits of the job?

I am running a 3-year-old laser tube on a 40W Epilog Mini. When I attempt to cut a full board of parts (approximately 12 x 24 inches), the machine fails to cut certain line segments. All lines were created in Illustrator with the proper hairline stroke settings.

However, when I divide the job into smaller sections and run only a few larger shapes, those exact same shapes cut cleanly. This suggests that the issue only occurs when the laser is processing the entire layout at once. The laser will move like its cutting but not fire.

I checked the door interlock and that was not the culprit. I believe the lasertube is ok, it cuts through perfectly.

I would appreciate any help, it does not seem to make any sense to me.

This is not talking about cutting through, the lines simple do not vector at all, please see pictures and video below
