Picky cat wet food

Hello! I have recently switched my cat to wet food. It’s the hills science diet sensitive skin and stomach wet food. She will eat it, just not all in one go which she does with the Tiki Cat mousse I give her sometimes. I was wondering if you guys have suggestions for wet food that is kind of like a mousse… because she seems to not like the chunky texture of the Hills Wet Food. Or should I stick with the Tiki Cat Mousse— digestive support? Just want some opinions from picky cat parents. Thanks!
