What's going on with my hands?

Age: 45 | 173lbs | 5'11 | Caucasian | Issue: 6 Years | No current medication | Don't smoke, drink, etc.

The last two nights my fingers (and hands) have been red and itching. I thought it was something I ate the other night, but this evening I ate very simply and it still began around 8pm. I suspect I suffer from Reynauds because my hands sometimes look like this but what's happening the last two days is the opposite: https://imgur.com/P9aWA7S
