Tithe question

Long story short(ish). My wife and I have not found a church to call our "home church" since our church of 10 years dissembled at the end of last year. We have continued to budget what would be our tithe, but since we aren't attending a church, we are unsure what to do with it now at year's end. For fear of "robbing Paul to pay Peter" I'm not sure if we should just go ahead and gift it or donate it to a local charity, if we should just continue to budget it, or just invest it. Does any have any clarity on this matter? Thanks in advance!
