40yo male with $1 million USD savings

I'm tired of living in the USA. I'm a doctor and the daily grind is too much and I'm done.

I did a 3 months backpacking in SEA about 10 years ago and I really loved Vietnam out of all the countries I've been.

I'm very outdoorsy. Swimming, hiking surfing etc. I don't really care too much for night life since I don't drink or smoke.

Not really interested in starting a family.

Is Danang a good place? If not any other recommendations?
