Wouldn't it soften the blow of the upcoming EA Steam release to definitively state that your payment also equates to in game currency?
With your payment you get a month free (14.99), a cape?, and possibly a mount or some other cosmetic. There's talk of in game currency but unless I'm mistake that isn't officially state.
Wouldn't it help soften to blow to basically have your $50 investment translate to something close to in game equivalent.
So
$50
-14.99 (free month)
-----------------------------
$30-35 ish dollars in in game currency to early access buyers? (maybe a tad lower so they can discount the game later in steam sales?)
It's such a different feeling to be paying to test a game vs. I bought in - almost an investment mentality in the game.
SoulFrame's founders packs do this, you get the cosmetics and weapons and stuff, but you get almost near the amount you paid in in-game currency.
