Please help! I have been struggling for years to find a bra that doesn’t hurt me and actually supports

So I (20 cis fem) have been struggling with breast pain, but specifically my nipples get horrible cracked (since puberty) in almost in type of bra I wear more than a few hours. I’m a college student and occasionally work and it’s miserable. I go to stores and get measured but a bra I think might work then within the week my nipples are cracked and bleeding.

I can’t even really wear padded bras but even non padded has this problem and if I get a bra too big it rubs my skin raw. I’ve seen dermatologist and they just said get a bigger bra which didn’t work.

So basically is there anyone else with this problem an if so what can I do?
