Upgrading camera setup and need advice

I’m finally upgrading my full frame camera setup. I’ve had the Canon EOS RP for a few years but have been considering switching to Sony for a while now. Now that the Canon R6 III and Sony A7V have launched I figured it’s a good time for an upgrade. I’m not necessarily tied to any one ecosystem, just curious as to what people’s thoughts are on which camera I should choose.
