Shoppers ringing up completely wrong item?

I’ve had a couple times now where a shopper didn’t do a replacement in the app and the app showed they found everything, but I got my order and a meatless item was replaced with a completely different meat item from a different brand. I typically do an order from a store that has good prices on vegan processed foods and I get the rest of my stuff at another store, so my order will be mostly specifically vegan items. You’d think it would be really obvious that we probably don’t eat meat. Why does the app apparently let them ring up Tyson meat chicken wings as Field Roast meatless buffalo wings? Once I got deli turkey for my prepackaged Tofurky slices.
